James Duncan, CHt
James Duncan, CHt, is dedicating his career to helping therapists professionally and personally. In his private practice, Duncan developed a hypnosis program for therapists to release negative energy and stress that they tend to absorb through the on-the-job health and emotional challenges. For some therapy patients, he recommends hypnosis because one of the natural "side effects" of hypnosis is the ease of respiration and balancing of blood pressure. He hopes to continue spreading the knowledge about medical uses of hypnosis as he practices, lectures and educates professionals and the public alike around the world.

Michael G. Holt, CCHtI
Michael G. Holt, also known as Doc Magi from his performing days as a magician and stage hypnotist, is the senior instructor at the Magi Institute of Hypnosis and Coaching. Holt created and specializes in Magi Hypnosis (TM). Specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and combining that with hypnotism and the power of the mind, Holt does not utilize scripts as some practitioners do. The purpose of the practitioner is to facilitate, not to create the answers. "The subconscious already knows what it needs to succeed so it is important to allow it the ability to take the lead," says Holt. With Magi Hypnosis the client assists in developing the session and experiences the success of it while still in the office. Most of the time change has taken place before the hypnosis session because of the specific questions that are used and identifying the language patterns. "We have all experienced these sorts of changes during the 'Ah-Ha's' in our life," says Holt. "From there it is easy because now all we need to do is make sure that it works and that it is the right choice by 'trying it on' which can easily be done with hypnosis.
